Our farm workers are required to be fully kitted in appropriate safety wear and observe laid-down procedures whenever on the farm site. We have also integrated our HSE policy into our interactions with the communities we operate in, and as part of our goal to engender a culture of excellence wherever we are, we have designed an outreach program to train members of the community on global safety standards.
